Bathroom fitter first fixed the whole bathroom & tiled floor & walls leaving two short tails for fitting the tap protruding from floor (as you usually would). The fittings for these taps are right at the bottom of the unit leaving no room whatsoever to fix these to the floor. After a lot of head scratching & reading the basically non existent instructions he had to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling & fit from beneath. Nice tap though but not worth the hassle.
