Mapei Latexplan Trade is a two-part, high-performance self-levelling and smoothing compound designed for internal floor preparation. The kit comprises a cement-based powder and a synthetic rubber latex liquid, delivering very low odour, high compressive strength and suitability for floors experiencing light traffic or under-floor heating. It’s able to level differences in thickness from approx. 1–10 mm in one application, making it ideal for smoothing new or existing substrates ahead of any type of floor covering.

• Application thickness: 1–10 mm (minimum 3 mm recommended)
• Walkable after 1.5–2 hours
• Coverage approx. 6 m² at 3 mm thickness per kit
• Suitable for concrete, screeds, stone, tiles, terrazzo, underfloor heating
• Low odour – ideal for occupied areas
• Application temperature +5 °C to +35 °C
• Classification: CT-C25-F6 (EN 13813)
• Shelf life 12 months (each part, dry conditions)
