The soft-close hinge helps prevent slamming for quieter, more controlled closing, while the top-fix design makes installation especially useful where access beneath the pan is restricted or awkward. How We Gather Reviews
Replacement toilet seat.
Needed to replace our soft close toilet seat as the soft close function had failed. Contacted Victorian Plumbing. They found our order, informed us that the seat was no longer available, but found a suitable replacement. We ordered it and it arrived within 2 days. Fitted perfectly! Very pleased with the service provided.

Toilet seat
The seat looks lovely however no matter how tight it’s fitted it constantly moves. It could do with some non slip washers under the plastic seat brackets to stop slippage

Excellent replacement loo seat
Was unsure which toilet seat to order as the original came with the toilet 11 plus years ago, and there are so many around. Customer service was brilliant and looked up my order from 2014 and gave me the suggested details of the one I purchased,(as the original was no longer made), which was perfect . Extremely pleased, I know it's only a toilet seat but to someone whose getting on a bit the help was much appreciated Excellent service and product

Great experience!
I needed to replace the seat on my toilet, it was originally bought from Victorian plumbing and I messaged to check which was the correct seat for replacement. They were super helpful and went as far as contacting the supplier to check it was correct. Great customer service! Item arrived next day after placing the order. Very happy!
