Aesthetically pleasing tap
Really beautiful looking tap. Only downside is some water pools in spout after use, so there is a risk of limescale build up in medium term - having to wipe away the excess water periodically.

This Luna waterfall tap should work with your gravity fed system, as long as the pressure is about 1 bar.
