LTP Water-Based Impregnating Sealer is a high-performance protective treatment designed for all types of natural stone and concrete paving, including honed, rough cut, flamed, and brushed finishes. This eco-friendly formula provides a delicately enhanced natural finish while offering powerful protection against water, oil, grease, and staining.

Ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, it allows surfaces to breathe and helps reduce efflorescence, preserving the beauty and integrity of your stonework.

Application Instructions:

• Preparation: Clean surface thoroughly using LTP Grimex (1:5 dilution). Scrub with a nylon pad or deck brush, rinse well, and allow to dry for 24 hours.
• Application: Shake bottle well. Apply evenly using a foam roller, brush, or sprayer. For porous surfaces, apply additional coats hourly until fully saturated.
• Vertical Surfaces: Apply from bottom up and wipe away drips.
• Conditions: Apply between 5°C and 25°C. Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Testing: Always test on a small area to determine optimal application method and number of coats.

Coverage:

• Honed surfaces: up to 150m²
• Medium porosity surfaces: up to 75m²
• High porosity surfaces: up to 37.5m²
