Check Branding!
When checking my delivery, I noticed that despite being in an Ideal Standard box, the sink was actually branded 'Dolomite'. The sink was the same in every other respect.
After a bit of digging around online, it transpires that Ceramica Dolomite is an Italian brand owned by Ideal Standard. I put in a call to Customer Services, explained the position, and they arranged for a new one, with the Ideal Standard logo to be sent to me.
A bit of a faff, but it was important for me to have matching porcelain.
Otherwise, the sink is great - looks well made, sturdy, and very modern looking.
