Heritage toilet and cistern

It's a good strong system and easy to fit. Let down by delivery. When ordering was told 2 to 5 days for delivery. It didn't show up, explanation was vague and told on its way. Still didn't arrive. After a few emails and phone calls was eventually told that they were changing their warehouse and it would be sent ASAP. It eventually arrived a month after ordering. If they had explained that in the first place would have been happy to wait.
