How We Gather Reviews
Excellent quality tap, but flexi hoses are restrictive
This is a really well-made tap with excellent build quality and a great finish. It looks fantastic once fitted and feels solid and premium in use. Installation was straightforward and overall I’m very happy with the product itself. The only downside is that the supplied flexi hoses are noticeably smaller internally than my previous setup, which slightly restricted the flow. Because of this, I had to change my existing plumbing and fit new 15mm x 3/8 isolation valves to make everything compatible. It’s not a deal-breaker, and the tap itself is excellent, but it’s something worth being aware of if you’re replacing an older setup or have low water pressure. Overall, a great product that’s only let down slightly by the supplied flexi pipes.

Hansgrohe Tap
The tap arrived within 2 days even though I paid for standard delivery. The tap is very high quality and in a sleek contemporary design. It looks great on our rectangular above counter basin. We chose the brand as other Hansgrohe bathroom fittings in our home still look like new and work perfectly after many years of use. The price at Victorian Plumbing was competitive too.
