The fittings on this are rubbish, the part that holds the head either doesn’t grip properly, or if you can manage to tighten it firm it then becomes very difficult to loosen again, there’s no happy medium. The soap dish is so unfit for purpose it’s untrue, it’s totally flat inside so the soap glues itself to the bottom of the holder and you have a merry old time wrestling it out the next time you shower , or you need to wedge it onto the rim to stop it doing so. The hose is so stiff you have to fight to get the shower head placed back in the holder. The shower head its self is the only redeeming feature. I’ve spent far less on much better products in the past and regret buying this as we’ve had to replace both the hose and the soap holder to make it functional.
