Good Service

Easy to fit. Good looking. Taps require only a light pressure to turn on or off, and spout spins easily. Novel feature is rotational insert which prevents spout rotating too far and flooding worktop.

Good quality product that handles moderately low, tank fed hot water pressure very well. About as easy to fit as most kitchen sink taps, so not very. You really do need a box spanner for this sort of thing.

My partner who is a plumber fitted the tap and it was fairly straight forward but he couldn't understand why it came in 2 parts. Getting those together was the most frustrating part for him. For the price paid, I think it should have come in one part. However it looks great and works exactly as it should.

We only had this tap fitted on Wednesday and so far it works wonderfully smoothly. Some clever little things to stop it moving all the way round and its good to have the red and blue dots on! One minor complaint would be for the money, nearly £200, you could supply the male/female adjustment couplers. You do supply the adjusters for EU to UK but not these. For a few quid it would save on the hassle of having to visit a DIY store to buy them!
