Excellent product and service

Bought this tap for the galley on our boat and thought it looked good. I was a little disappointed when It was delivered and I found that the spray head was plastic, so you know that's the first thing that's going to fail. Also, the hose is a bit tight in the hole, making it difficult to get it to retract, but I'm hoping in time it will loosen up. Otherwise, quite happy.

Really pleased with the quality and appearance. The length of the hose is good and just what I needed as some taps were much shorter. In my opinion a good buy

Modern and sleek. This tap works well and is easy to uses The switch underneath the nozzle is a nice feature and the spray is strong. It looks great and does exactly what we need it to do!

This tap arrived quickly, looks good, and (so far) seems to work just fine. But installation was a bother. There's a small asterisk at the bottom of the item description that says you'll need to separately buy a pair of compression couplings for a U.K. installation. I sure wish that sentence wasn't buried at the bottom of a long list of other stuff. You'll definitely need to buy those. You'll probably also need to buy extensions for the flexible water lines. The lines on this item were much shorter than the ones that came with the original HansGrohe tap that I was replacing. So I had to run to a plumbing supply store to buy extensions (which means there's now an extra coupling on each line which means there's now something extra that might leak in the future). And I don't know why Grohe couldn't have labeled which line was hot and which was cold. I (of course) guessed wrong, so had to undo, then redo everything.
