Really Quick to Install

In the box, with the tap and drain, you get a 3 in 1 installation tool which is pretty handy when it comes to screwing tight under the basin, where it is not very spacious. For those who don't like to read instructions , there's a pretty clever and quick way to guide you through the installation at your own pace, that is to scan the QR code in the guide, leading you to a quick step by step guide and extra advice to install the Grohe Tap without any issues. The installation itself was very quick, in less than 15 mins, I had a new tap, ready and working perfectly. The trickiest bit was the counter screwing of the tap from under the basin, but the 3 in 1 tool, makes it quicker and job is done.

Looks sleek and works great

This is a sleek design made to a high standard using quality material! As with all other Grohe products, this exceeds my expectations and it comes with an excellent warranty package in case something goes wrong which in my experience, it rarely does! Instructions are simple to follow and installation was easy enough, it took me under 1 hour! The tap is smooth to use, the flow is great and it looks the part and is easy to clean.

Perfect for small bathrooms

This Grohe tap looks perfect in my small modern bathroom. The tap comes with easy to follow pictorial instructions that are well laid out and detailed enough for any DIYer to follow. An installation tool is also included in the box. It would have been nice for the waste to also be included in the box, bearing in mind the price of the product. However the description is very clear and I was aware that the waste was not included prior to purchasing. The fact that the tap comes with a 5 +1 year warranty is an extra bonus.

Beautiful and modern design

I like appearance of this tap. Chrome finish is brilliant. Makes life easy with wipe cleaning. Temperature control is simple and level is made to last. This mixer is perfect in tiny spaces, even though it looks bigger than it actually is.

Nice product

I was looking for a basin tap to finish of my bathroom refurbishment when a friend recommended GROHE. I’d not previously heard of them but after a quick search I decided to go with the QuickFix Start Basin Tap I liked the modern design and I’m a long time fan of German products, the tap feels solid and quality. The tap has an aerator that produces a nice concentrated flow which seems to help with the pressure, has a nice smooth operation without been too tight or loose that adds to the feeling of a quality item. It was quite straightforward and easy and to install so wouldn’t be an issue for any casual diy person I am well pleased with my purchase it adds a nice touch to my bathroom and isn’t overly expensive, I will definitely consider Grohe for any further upgrades

No Frills, just quality

If you're looking for a tap that is straightforward and gives you reliable on/off, which feels smooth as well as the fact that you never want leaks from perished joints then Grohe is probably your best bet. Fitting it is straightforward and if you're replacing an existing single tap hole tap then it should take just minutes. IT doesn't do anything fancy at all, it simply is a high quality tap that allows you to use and forget...exactly what a bathroom tap should do.

Nice Design and Quality at a Good Price

I like the GROHE QuickFix Start’s sleek and modern design which appears to be made from high-quality materials, it feels heavy and solid unlike some cheaper products. The information says it is made of solid brass and finished with their proprietary StarLight chrome coating to make it easy to clean and durable, I can confirm it cleans nicely but it has only been installed for a couple of weeks so I can’t confirm it’s durability The tap has longer spout which my basin required, I made a mistake with my first one which was a cheaper product and slightly too short which I had to return, but that was my good fortune the Grohe tap is far superior and only slightly more expensive The tap has an aerator which gives a nice flow pressure that my old tap lacked, their EcoJoy technology states that helps to reduce water usage that’s a nice touch which if you are on a water meter could save you money. The tap has the GROHE QuickFix installation system which I did find made it quite easy and straightforward to install and well within the limits of any casual diy person. Overall, the quality of the GROHE QuickFix Start Basin Tap is as expected of a high-quality and well-designed, looks great in my new bathroom and gives it that extra feel of quality that some cheaper products can’t replicate.
