I have replaced my old Grohe shower rail with another as the build and material quality is excellent. The old one looked like new but the wife insisted to have new with a total refurb. I am 50-50 if I like the silver rubber hose compared with the old chrome one but it can easily be replaced with that style quite cheaply. I feel that this rail will last and bits will not snap off as with some cheaper units.
