Not what I expected in quality

Okay it looked very shiny and seemed to be built well enough to do the job of towel hanging, but I now realise that 304 stainless steel (as described in the sales blurb) is not like a nice heavy quality-looking chromed brass item but is as light as a feather and looks and definitely feels cheap. For a purchase of over £80 I was shocked and sent it back.
