Looks smart and works well, once I stopped it leaking

This is a good waste. The only issue was that there was no way the bottom would seal on the AB850 basin using the nut and washer supplied. Fixed this quite cheaply with a Thomas Dudley waste kit:

Hello there, Thank you for your question. The dimensions of the waste holes in our basins are a standard UK measurement. I can't see any issues with this item not fitting. This basin waste would be designed for a basin with an overflow. Kind Regards.

How do I unscrew and remove the top of the click clack to get rid of unwanted hair and the like.

Hello, Thank you for your question. The top should just screw off in your hand. Then, for the brass centre bit, you should be able to twist this loose using a 10mm spanner. Kind Regards.
