How We Gather Reviews
Could have been made better
Well it looks good but once you install then you see the fragile parts which looks like chrome but it’s plastic and very weak one specially when you screw the big shower heat to the bar. The bar itself can be fix to the wall but when you connect the bar to the part where it attaches to the wall is lose no matter how much you try to tighten it still won’t tighten enough and it’s shakes and turns which is annoying. The only mixer is solid the rest is not. I wound have returned it but can afford to get a Plummer to pay to uninstall this and install another one, it costs me more than the shower mixer itself. It’s not worth the money I paid for this shower mixer . These parts could have been made with steel or aluminium so you can install and assemble the whole thing with confidence that it does not break with a little force.

Lovely set of taps and shower. Exactly as per the pictures. And the build quality means I won't be facing rusting in the near future which is a hazard with cheap parts. Can the shower be tilted or is it fixed?

Hello, Thank you for your question. The shower head is on a ball joint and so can be moved and tilted. However, the wall arm cannot. Kind Regards.
