So far so good...
Bought this to replace a similar cheaper one which was about 9-10 years old and started leaking inside the cavity wall (causing a nice flood into our spare room). Took the advice of the plumber who said Crosswater are well made and upon checking I found it came with a 15 year warranty. Product arrived swiftly and is certainly a lot more weighty and well made the one it's replaced. Overall very happy and the plumber tells me it's also easy to get replacement parts should they ever be needed and this one can be fully serviced from the front meaning I won't end up cutting holes in my walls in the future!
