How We Gather Reviews
Item not as described, beware
This is good quality tap, but the description does not tell you which waste is supplied. I reached out to Victoria Plumbing and asked if it was a "click-clack" waste as the old rod style is prone to problems. Victorian Plumbing confirmed it was a click clack waste, but the one supplied is a rod style one. When I complained to Victorian Plumbing they would not accept their mistake. Its therefore cheaper to go to another supplier that supplies only the tap and then you can purchase your waste according to your preferences separately. Can't fault the tap though its beautifully finished with smooth action levers. It's just a shame that Victorian Plumbing are not aware what they are selling and give out incorrect information.

Reply from Victorian Plumbing
We’re sorry you were given conflicting information before purchase. This tap is supplied with a traditional pop-up waste operated by the control at the back of the tap, as indicated in the product title, description and imagery, rather than a click-clack waste. We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you’re otherwise happy with the quality and finish of the tap.

Looks good. Still waiting for my plumber to fit it but I am confident it meets all my requirements.
