Is this a quarter-turn ceramic disc valve?

Hi, if the water pipes are coming up from the floor and need to go in a straight line up into the base of the radiator, then straight valves are a requirement. If the pipework is coming out from the wall or coming in horizontal towards the connection point then angled valves are what is needed. I hope this was some help.
