Crosswater - Belgravia Crosshead Long Nose Basin Taps

We bought these taps to complete our new bathroom. I love the style of them (we also bought the matching shower, bath taps etc). The only downside is the hot tap opens clockwise (like a lever tap). My husband and I have got used to it now but every time someone visits they turn the tap anti-clockwise and the tap then becomes loose and wobbles. We keep having to get it fixed. I contacted Cross Water who confirmed it is designed to open clockwise. The only solution would be putting up a sign so our guests turn it the right way (not going to happen!) or replacing the taps. We're doing the latter. Such a pity!
