Fabulous tap, spray hose reaches further than my original tap. Looks lovely, extra shiny! Arrived swiftly.

"Very Disappointed. Poor description of product. Not enough detail on the Victoria Plumbing website. This tap looked like a direct replacement for the tap we had. However, the quality of this one is far inferior. The nozzle fitting into the main body of the tap is loose and therefore the head of the tap looks like its sagging. The quality of the temperature adjustment arm feels flimsy and poor quality. This tap was sold as suitable for low pressure, but it generates far less power of flow of water than our last tap. And finally, the button that adjusts the spray of the tap is poor as you have to keep your finger on it to generate the power spray. Our previous, much higher quality model clicked and stayed on. Very disappointed. Cheap and poor quality. "

Light weight but looks to be of good quality.

"This a neat tap, the pull out spray is comfortable to hold and easy to switch between the spray and the tap function. We have low water pressure and some reviewers commented that this affected the usefulness of the tap but it seems ok to me.Time will tell on how long it lasts "

Excellent, really useful idea, and useful in many ways but needs intelligent installation to get the best out of it, and we are getting problems at around ten years of use with leakage and what appears to be destruction of the chrome plating due to our hard water. Plus the rubber switch cover has perished,.If they did one in plain (real) brass it would be perfect! We will probably buy another one, and I will pay greater attention to the areas where the damage has happened over the years and see if I can get more than ten years out of it...
