No, this is a central heating only heated towel rail, so will be plumbed in similar to a conventional radiator.

Hi Chrissie. You'll need radiator valves, depending on the style of the room and which direction the feed pipes will be coming from and going to. You'll find them by typing Radiator Valves into our search box, located next to our logo at the top of our page. Hope this helps!
