The Calpe Square Kitchen Tap is mounted to the deck and features a functional side mounted lever handle that allows you to easily adjust the temperature and pressure of the water. It also has a swivel spout which is able to turn 360 degrees, which is very handy if you happen to have either a 1.5 or double sink in your kitchen. Ceramic disk technology is included on this item which means that is it simple to use as you won’t have to tightly pull the handle to turn the water on or off.
The Calpe has been crafted using high grade brass internals which have then been coated in polished chrome for a more designer feel.

"Very sturdy and efficient tap, 1 criticism is that the tap has no hot to cold indicators, however the flexi pipes are red and blue to show you which is which, as long as you remember after installing the tap. I guess the lack of indicators on the tap itself is good for households which may want to specifically choose which way the leaver points for temperature. "

Could be Better
Tap arrived on time and filled with excitement, my wife ripped open the packaging. She was initially impressed by the looks and functionality of said tap. On installation and testing, longer cold/hot adaptors would have been a big help but that is down to personal situations but the feed spout is very flimsy, even though it appears sturdy on photos. Cleaning the spout has to be done with a lot of care as I feel any pressure would snap It. Also the spout is not square and leans in from the top. This is just a stop gap for me and a more sturdier version will be installed at a later date. NB this is NOT a forever tap. Straight forward installation though.
