Burlington Close Coupled/Low level Cistern 51cm + Ceramic Lever

This was to replace a plastic low level cistern. Looks much better and operates very well. The handle is good and produces a ‘small’ flush if lifted up and a ‘large’ one when pushed down. This is clear in the instructions but would be useful to have a small label you could put on the cistern to say this. Although fittings are supplied for a low level application, the pipe from cistern to bowl is NOT supplied. This should be supplied or made clear it is an EXTRA. There are no fittings ie screws/washers for screwing cistern to wall. Again should be made clear. Nb it is very heavy Overall looks good and operates well when fitted.

I was really pleased with the Burlington ceramic toilet cistern from Victorian Plumbing. It arrived well packed with all the necessary fittings. Especially pleased with the modern dual flush system, works superbly.

Bought to replace original cistern which had cracked. Matched perfectly with the rest of my bathroom suite and plumber found it very easy to install. Really like the lever mechanism which requires a very light touch and provides a full or half flush. Would fully recommend.

Excellent quality product. Looks good. Flush needs getting used to after an old ballcock cistern but on the whole very happy.

Everything I needed included, no issues putting together, looks period , little bit of play in the flush lever but I think that's down to the really light pressure needed to operate it.

good quality- valve, flush handle and mechanism good quality- quieter refill than old set. Looks good in situ.

Bought to replace a 30 year old cistern. Very easy to install and an effective dual flush. Did away with the need for an unsightly overflow pipe

We were looking for a cistern to match up with our Trent close coupled toilet and this was perfect. Delivered safely (one from a previous company had arrived in 5 pieces!) easily fixed, looks great.
