How We Gather Reviews

Strange proportions

In my opinion these taps have rather strange proportions with the on/off handles being very small in comparison with the rest of that tap. This is not particularly clear in the photograph. I returned them and have replaced them with the Bristan Colonial basin taps which I feel are more aesthetically pleasing

Recommend

I was replacing the taps in my period property and wanted a like for like as the previous taps were very old. These were a great match in terms of style and quality. Highly recommend and the plumber commented on the quality when fitting them

Charlotte D- verified purchaser

Good quality.

Excellent product for the price. There were other similar taps at lower prices but these are worth the extra money for the quality and appearance.

Basin Taps

Our new taps are excellent quality and look very smart but we just cannot get used to the hot tap turning clockwise. Why on earth can’t they all be standard. If you are looking to buy these taps you have been warned.

2 Questions

What size is the circular base that goes onto the sink?

ANSWER

Technical Team. replied on 22nd April 2021

Hi Jon, Thanks for your message. The plinth size ( The technical term for the base ) is 51mm in diameter. Thanks. Technical Team.

These taps will replace two taps and a mixe. We are not going to use the mixer element and would need a chrome plate to cover the hole. We also want a pop-upwaste to replace the existing mixer waste. Can you help with this?

Hello, Thank you for your question. We do offer these covers. Please search keyword TAP STOPPER into our website. Or, the best thing for you would probably be part number: E307 This will fix both issues. Kind Regards.
