The toilet looks great; the color is unnaturally white thanks to the CeramicPlus coating. Unfortunately, it had a defect, and a week after installation, a leak was discovered from a hole in the side at the bottom. The toilet pan was replaced without any problems, but with a simpler model without CeramicPlus. Despite numerous emails and photos detailing the differences and a box stating CeramicPlus, the warranty center never sent the correct model, only 5814R001. A couple of weeks later, the super-durable Duroplast lid cracked and was also replaced under warranty. In the future, I would avoid this brand, as the replacement is for a cheaper option, and the quality leaves much to be desired. The delivery and VictorianPlumbing team were excellent, always willing to help and resolve the issue without delay. I recommend buying from them; it may be a little more expensive, but their service is excellent.
