7th January 2026A good replacement for the shower control. The cartridge can be replaced individually but it requires stripping down the unit. Replacing the whole unit is far easier and only costs about £25 more but no dismantling of the controller is involved.

Ill fitting toilet seat
5th January 2026Great toilet, but really let down by the low quality, ill-fitting toilet seat. If installed as intended (and as product picture shows) then the toilet seat can't open fully. Instead it has to be installed forward with the front of the seat lipping over. Not at all impressed with that. Also, no details are provided for the cistern parts so replacing it is a nightmare.
