I’ve been searching and reading an extremely large amount of reviews regarding different brands of kitchen mixers. Even the big names most of the reviews were scary until I came across this one. Reviews and aesthetics matched my needs and comfort to buy it.

The tap was purchased as a replacement for a well loved tap which had given us great service over the years. This tap does have a lot to live up to! So far, all is working well, it's been in use for a few weeks with no issues. I really like the spray function which had broken on my old tap. I like the way the spray bit is hidden too, making for an elegant, clean lined, appearance. I also like the smoothness of the operation and the balance of pressure to operate the tap is just right, enough you know you are turning the tap on or off, but neither heavy or too loose. If I had to find a fault, it would be that there is no stop on the tap to prevent it being turned too far over the back of the sink. In a house of adults, this isn't a big issue. The delivery of tap was speedy and it was well packaged, so that all parts arrived in good condition. The plumber fitted the tap, so I have no idea if it was easy to fit or not, I do know the plumber had great difficulty in getting the old one out. I would definitely consider using Victorian Plumbing for my future plumbing needs and seek out a Crosswater product, as so far we have not been disappointed by either.
