I wanted a Kitchen tap that will last longer than the three months the cheap ones you do find at other stores do. After days of researching, I decided on the crosswater mixer with concealed dual function. I am super happy with my purchase. Not only would it last for a very long time, it is the eye catcher in my kitchen. Everyone who comes by gives compliments, even the plumber confirmed and said it is a very good tap. The 360 degrees spin is a life changer for me and the hidden spray function, is a gem. Washing down the sink and filling my mopping bucket on the floor is so much easier now. The retraction works amazingly well and if you are not close to the tap and pay attention, you would not know there is a pull down function. It has been over a month and I still smile every time I use it. Trust me, You will not regret your purchase.

A very good product with 15 years warranty, however to validate that warranty you need to a qualified plumber to install it. On the products website where you register your purchase, you should use the business name of installer.

Invoices abs found seals not tinned and had come loose. Had to glue them. Closure not fully flat but otherwise a decent item. Solid with good movement and protects the rest of the bathroom.
