This tap looks very smart but more importantly it does a great job. The two different settings (normal/spray) are useful & the spray one is especially good for gathering up bits in the sink.

After days of researching, I decided on the crosswater mixer with concealed dual function. I am super happy with my purchase. Not only would it last for a very long time, it is the eye catcher in my kitchen. Everyone who comes by gives compliments, even the plumber confirmed and said it is a very good tap. The 360 degrees spin is a life changer for me and the hidden spray function, is a gem. Washing down the sink and filling my mopping bucket on the floor is so much easier now. The retraction works amazingly well and if you are not close to the tap and pay attention, you would not know there is a pull down function. It has been over a month and I still smile every time I use it. Trust me, You will not regret your purchase.

A very good product with 15 years warranty, however to validate that warranty you need to a qualified plumber to install it. On the products website where you register your purchase, you should use the business name of installer.
