Wrong cylinder in the pack
I have bought 2 sets of these filters, which have been great and done the job, as far as I’m aware! However, the last pack (which I’ve only just opened) has two x no. 2 filters and no no.3. I am about to order another set, so I will check them immediately on arrival, to enable me to contact Victorian Plumbing in a timely manner!

These are easy to fit. I would say the quality is as good as the original ones that came with the filter when I bought it. I would recommend this product to anyone and was in fact advised to go to yourselves by someone else wo had recently bought the same!
