TERMS AND CONDITIONS to win “Limited-edition VP Commemorative Throne” (the “Giveaway”).

1. COMPETITION AND HOW TO WIN. Entrants will need to enter via commenting on our social media giveaway post which can be found on our Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. All approved accounts will be entered into a draw to win a commemorative King Charles III toilet seat.

2. ENTRY PLATFORM AND PRICE. Enter online via one of our social medias: Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.

Entering this giveaway is FREE.

3. DATES Start Date and End Date. The competition entry will start at 09:00 on Friday 5th May 2023 and will end at 23:59 on Tuesday 9th May 2023 (“End Date”). Entries or comments received after this time will not be eligible for entry into the competition. The winner(s) will be chosen at random under the supervision of an independent observer. They will be contacted by our Marketing team within 30 days of the End Date via the social media account they commented with to enter the competition.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS. You must be 18 years or older and must not be directly associated with Victorian Plumbing. The prize can only be delivered to a UK address.

APPROVAL - To be approved for the prize draw, you must comment on our giveaway post on one of our social medias.

DISAPPROVAL - Any applications which are not approved, at our discretion, will NOT be entered into the prize draw.

FINAL AND BINDING – The decision of Victorian Plumbing regarding approval of any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

5. THE PRIZE: Limited-edition VP Commemorative Throne toilet seat will be awarded to the winner(s) of the competition and sent to their UK address.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. DATA PROTECTION. Names, social media accounts, email addresses and /or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Victorian Plumbing will not sell your details to any third party companies. Your details will remain stored after the End Date and will be used as a form of consent to send you marketing unless you decide to tick the opt-out box. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS Victorian Plumbing must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Victorian Plumbing may publish the name of the prize winner alongside their social media handle. If you object to any or all of your details being published please contact press@victorianplumbing.co.uk. In this event, we must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

8. MISCELLANEOUS.

a) Entries must be 18 years or over prior to the draw date.

b) A comment on our giveaway post must be made in order to enter the prize draw.

c) One entry allowed per person. Any duplicate entries will be removed.

d) Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

e) The Winner will be announced via our social media channels.

f) Failure to respond and/or provide details for delivery or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

We may cancel/amend/end/suspend the Competition at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
