Boss Your Bathroom Challenge Terms and Conditions

We're giving two lucky Bolton Wanderers fans the chance to take part in Victorian Plumbing's Boss Your Bathroom Challenge! 

To run this challenge successfully, we're going to need to lay down some Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions to enter the 'Boss Your Bathroom Challenge'

1. COMPETITION AND HOW TO ENTER

This competition is for two Bolton Wanderers Twitter followers to win the chance to compete against each other in the Boss Your Bathroom Challenge. This challenge will be taking place on the 11th of March 2024 in the Bolton Wanderers v. Oxford United match. 

To enter, all entrants MUST have a ticket for the match, and be attending it. Entrants must also like the competition post (posted by Bolton Wanderers on Twitter), and tag someone that they'd like to compete against in the comment section of said post. 

2. DATES (06/03/24 - 11/03/24) 

Competition entry will start on Tuesday 6th March 2024 (17:00) and ends on 11th March 2024 (17:00). Any entries after this time will not be eligible for entry into the competition. 

The winners will be chosen at random and will be contacted via Bolton Wanderers marketing team on 11/03/24.

The challenge will take place during halftime on match day, 12/03/24; entrants must ensure that they will be available to compete during halftime. 

3. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

You must be 18 years or older and not directly associated with Bolton Wanderers F.C. or Victorian Plumbing.

APPROVAL - To be approved to compete in the challenge, you must like the competition post (on Bolton Wanderer's Twitter page), and tag someone you'd like to compete against in the comment section of said post. 

DISAPPROVAL - Any 'applications' that are not approved, at our discretion, will NOT be entered into the challenge. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible. 

4. THE PRIZE 

The chance to compete in the Boss Your Bathroom Challenge during halftime of the 12/03/24 match between Bolton Wanderers and Oxford United will be awarded to the winning entrant. 

No more than 2 entrants will be allowed to compete in the challenge. 

Winning can not be transferred, and if winning entrants are unavailable or cannot compete, new winners will be chosen. 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS 

Victorian Plumbing must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. 

To comply with this obligation Victorian Plumbing may publish the name of the prize winner alongside their social media handle. If you object to any or all of your details being published please contact press@victorianplumbing.co.uk. In this event, we must still provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

6) MISCELLANEOUS 

1. Victorian Plumbing will not be held responsible for the actions of the winner(s) of this competition 

2. Entrants must be over 18 prior to the start date

3. Multiple entries will not be accepted 

4. Failure to respond or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the challenge at any time where it becomes necessary to do so.
