Fantastic service!

I was really surprised about the service I have received from Victorian Plumbing when trying to purchase this trendy laundry bin. I have experienced little problem when adding billing and shipping addresses and decided to go on a life chat icon (ready to wait until the morning for someone to reply as it was almost 11pm..) to my surprise!Thank you so much for the warm service and reassurance, whoever I was chatting to!I have received my item quickly and it looks great, this was a pleasant and very smooth transaction. Less sturdy than I thought

I appreciate that the item does look like the picture provided but it only stands up tall if full of clothes otherwise it us not really self supporting. The felt is not thick enough so the picture us slightly misleading. That said I do still like it and have got over my jitiL disappointment, keeping it full as a laundry basket!

Great looking laundry bins

We wanted a product that was easy to carry when full, up and downstairs. All the plastic ones we have had break on the handles.This felt version is good quality, comes with a plastic lining for slightly damp clothes or towels and to prevent old laundry smells getting into the felt.They look really, really good as well.Great service, items were as described, arrived when stated, were packaged really well.
