Hi Clive, I would suggest you swap the cartridges over from left to right and vice versa. That should make the handle turn on and off in a forward motion. Thanks.

Does the spout swivel left and right

Are the connections flexible hoses, if so what length are they

"We initially decided on a Franke mixer tap for our kitchen sink then realised that the tails supplied were only 250mm, which would mean getting a plumber to extend our supply pipes. Looking through the on line choices this looked good, simple, uncluttered, timeless design and came with 500mm tails for connection. No plumber required. I searched on line for the manufacturer, to check their reliability ratings with little success however when the unit arrived I wasn't disappointed. Specification seemed really good, the tap came with a ""Lifetime"" guarantee (not sure if that was my lifetime or the tap) and was straightforward and easy to fit. Ceramic valves give very smooth easy operation. so far so good."
