I have undone the screw in the tap head but cannot remove the tap head itself, how do I do this?

Hi, Once you have removed the screw then just gently tap the head with the rubber end of your hammer in an upward motion this should free the head. Thanks.

Would this be compatible with an instant water heater (e.g. Redring powerstream)?

how do I get access to replace the cartridge/washer

Hello, Thank you for the question. To do this, you'll need to simply unscrew the tap head from the body of the tap. However, be sure to remember to turn both hot & cold water feeds first. Hope this helps!

Is this tap a single or double flow (bi-flow) tap?

Hello Mick, This is a single flow product. If pressures are not balanced I would recommend installing a pressure reducing valve on whichever water supply has the greater pressure. You will then be able to reduce the pressure until both match. All the best, Shaun

Nice but not quite as pictured

Nice tap for the new bathroom but shame the decorative writing Chatsworth 1928 hot and cold writing on each tap isn't as pictured, they just say "hot" and "cold" in not particularly attractive type.

Look lovely but mediocre quality

The taps (and indeed the whole Chatsworth range) look lovely, we have them in our new bathroom and the visuals are fabulous - so all good there. The negatives however are the quality...the taps feature a white printed hot/cold plastic insert that screws into the tap and these are very poor indeed. The text has rubbed off on both the bath and sink taps and, even the replacements have rubbed off. I'm trying to get yet another set of them and if these have the same issue then I'll be asking for some kind of money back. The text itself (on one occurrence) was not centred within the plastic. These really should be etched in the same way as the chatsworth label is rather than poorly printed. The reverse rotate for the hot tap is odd, but I can let that go as it's just odd and not a fault. It's a real shame that little quality failings let down a lovely looking range of products.

Good for the price

Great tap quality and good for the price.However the hot tap turns in the opposite direction for on and off compared to every other tap so we frequently end up switching it to full on instead of off! Annoying and would buy a similar tap that wasn't built this way.
