Just £6.95 - Orders are despatched with DHL or Royal Mail from our warehouse and normally take 1-3 working days to arrive from the date of despatch. (subject to stock availability and postal service).

Delivery 3-10 Kilograms

Just £9.95 - Orders are despatched with DHL or Royal Mail from our warehouse and normally take 1-3 working days to arrive from the date of despatch. (subject to stock availability and postal service).

Delivery 10-15 Kilograms

Just £12.95 - Orders are despatched with DHL or Night Freight from our warehouse and normally take 1-3 working days to arrive from the date of despatch. (subject to stock availability and postal service).

Delivery 15-20 Kilograms

Just £14.95 - Orders are despatched with DHL or Night Freight from our warehouse and normally take 1-3 working days to arrive from the date of despatch. (subject to stock availability and postal service).

Delivery 20-30 Kilograms

Please note delivery is not guaranteed for Saturdays and no deliveries are made on Sunday or bank holidays by our Courier. Once we have despatched your order with our courier your goods will normally arrive the next working day. Please note we have no influence over the postal service and although unlikely, delays can occur. No despatches are made over the weekend.

International Delivery

Sorry we do not ship internationally.

Note:
Orders received before 1400 UK (2.00pm) will be processed the same day between Monday-Friday and orders received after 1400 Friday will be processed on the following working day (despatch is subject to stock availability). Please note no despatch is available at weekends or public holidays. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail. Items that have not been released will be despatched on their listed due date.

Victorian Plumbing Returns Policy

Cancel an order

You have a right to cancel your order before despatch or within seven working days after the date of delivery by sending either written notice of cancellation to:

or emailing us at info@victorianplumbing.co.uk quoting your order reference number. We will refund you the cost of the unwanted item within 30 days. Please note orders can not be cancelled once despatched.

Returning unwanted / non faulty goods

We ask that you return unwanted goods to us so that they are received back by Victorian Plumbing within 7 days of the cancellation of your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted goods to us. If you do not return the goods to us as requested, they must be made available for collection and you will be charged the cost of recovering the goods from yourself.

Goods must be returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession. We ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging and are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging remain unopened. If any of these conditions are not met, you will be charged to cover the loss in value to the goods.

Any unwanted goods being returned to us must be properly packed and addressed, with adequate postage and sent with a reputable carrier. We recommend sending goods back using recorded/registered delivery with insurance from Royal Mail.

Please note it is our policy to refund by way of the original purchase method of payment.

Returning faulty or damaged goods

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, or a fault becomes apparent in the first 14 days after delivery, we will either provide a full refund or despatch new goods as soon as possible after the faulty goods have been returned and tested. Please contact us before you return any goods you believe are faulty, as some problems can be rectified without the need to return the product. All goods returned as faulty will be fully tested by our returns department to confirm that they are faulty, please enclose your order reference , contact details and a short description of any fault and then send to the address above.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Victorian Plumbing reserve the right to amend any or all of the terms and conditions without prior notice. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
