Prices

Our team at Victorian Plumbing work hard to ensure that prices quoted and technical specification information is correct. In the unlikely event, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies at any time. Please note that your computer may display old pages from our site which are stored in your own computer's memory from previous visits - it is important you refresh your browser when viewing any pages on our web site to see the current prices and goods available.

Security

We realise that the internet is based on trust so we make security our number one priority. Our commitment to this will remain prominent for the future. Your credit card details are sent to our secure servers whilst the order is processed. Our web server uses GEO, an independent third party organisation that provides you with proof that our secure web server is genuine. At no point are your credit card details sent over an unsecured connection.

Delivery

You are responsible for your order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. We cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email or telephone) quoting your order reference.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering their address details. Please ensure that you check all your details before confirming your order.

Deliveries are usually made by DHL or City Link. We are unable to give instructions to the delivery staff with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours, or in sheds. Any such instructions entered on your order form will unfortunately not be possible.

General

All pictures on our website are the best indication we can give of the original item and are for illustration purposes only. From time to time the manufacturer may make small changes to the design of a product. Due to this, the item/items you receive may have small differences to the picture displayed on the website. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

All software purchased from victorianplumbing.com cannot be returned unless it is found to be faulty.

All products are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

Please note using accessories not produced by the original manufacturer of your mobile phone may affect the warranty of your mobile. We cannot be held responsible for any affects on your warranty from using these goods.

We recommend that you test any car kits purchased from us prior to installation as they cannot be returned after installation. Please follow the installation instructions carefully and read all safety information. Coral Phones Ltd is not liable for any costs relating to installation, use or removal.

Most products available from Victorian Plumbing are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer's warrantee however certain products may have a shorter warranty time such as batteries, which carry a 6 month warranty.

All prices stated include VAT at 17.5% and postage and packaging.
