The toilet and cistern is lovely but the handle insubstantial. The cistern workings were of poor quality and would not work without serious adjustments. Having said all this it is good value for money.

Whilst the external appearance is good,I was supplied with an old fashioned (cheap) syphon which did'nt work with the lever handle as supplied still waiting for a part to be sent week later.

Fab toilet, a great traditional design, looks very smart with clean lines. I really like the wooden toilet seat looks much better than my old white toilet seat. Very good quality and a brilliant price to match.
