only problems we had were in fixing it to the wall... the advice given was that 'gravity' should hold it in place, not the best advice I have ever heard. The loo seat also has grey patches within the grain that looks like a dirt stain - so although is lovely design and well made, the quality of the wood lets it down and therefore probably won't use it. Also the ballcock was incorrect so had to buy a new one that worked correctly. Generally speaking, was great value for money and looks nice.
