Excellent customer service
I bought two Pop up Wastes, had a problem with them as they did not match the manufacturers; spec sheet and Victorian Plumbing were really helpful and liased with the manufacturer for me and arranged for the manufacturer to send me replacement goods directly.
Their level of customer service is outstanding!
