WC Cisterns & Flushing

A toilet consists of the toilet seat and the cistern. The upper part of the toilet seat is called the WC cistern and is similar to a tank to store water to be flushed off. Different cisterns have different water holding capacity. Mostly they are available in Black or White. WC Cisterns use different technology so that water can be saved or recycled for some other purpose. It is a known fact that when we flush lot of water is thrown from the cistern which is actually not needed especially for urinals. In such cases it is best to have dual flush cisterns for half and full flush.
