Don't believe it when the website tells you it is in Stock!

This item was part of a large order and even though the website said every item was in stock because I had a time constraint I telephoned their Customer services to confirm all the items where indeed in stock. Yes, I was told they were. When a few days later the order hadn't arrived I telephone and was told one item was out of stock even though the website should it in stock minutes after the phone call. The shipment of everything was delayed because of one shortage.A second order some days later of different items which I wanted overnight was also held back because of lack of stock on one item even though the website still showed stock minutes after the phone call.The whole experience was spoilt by the delays because of apparent contradictions between website & actual stock and no one having the forethought to tell me there was a problem. And, nobody seemed in the slightest bit bothered that I had had theses problems.A great shame really as you cannot fault the quality, when it finally arrives, the price, and speed of delivery if the stock is in stock!A great shame really as you cannot fault the quality, when it finally arrives, the price, and speed of delivery if the stock is in stock!
