The radiator is fine but the towel rail does not heat up. It only gets warm on the outer edges from conducted heat. Bleeding does not have any effect.

This towel rail is absolutely beautiful, the pictures dont really do it justice. It looks stunning in our newly fitted traditional style bathroom. It offers a really good heat output and i personally found this easy to install. I would urge anyone looking for quality and style to buy this.
