Shipping and Returns

A next day pallet service is available for larger orders subject to certain criteria. The items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our Head Office/Central Distribution Warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and all terms and conditions agreed to no later than 14:00pm. The delivery address must be a postal address in Mainland UK (excluding remote areas). During the sales process you will be asked to input your post code, this will identify if your address is considered a "remote area". The website will automatically determine the applicable cost of a next day pallet service based on your location.

For larger items/orders or higher monetary orders a standard Pallet delivery service is required. The standard pallet service timescale is an estimated 2-5 days service. On order completion your order will be processed and either a member of our customer service team or our dedicated pallet courier will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Once a date has been agreed upon for delivery, you must ensure you are available to accept delivery on that date, if delivery is attempted upon agreed date and missed, a re-delivery fee may apply. Standard Pallets will be delivered to the delivery address, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.
All goods must be checked in keeping with the standard terms and conditions agreed to during the purchasing process.
