For all palletised items we will ensure that the goods are handled by a professional 2 Person Delivery Team to ensure quality of service and ease the burden for our consumers on receipt of their goods

Delivery Charges
All of the delivery charges below are inclusive of VAT.
For all orders containing multiple items, only one shipping fee will be levied based on the total weight of the items.
Standard Delivery is available to all UK customers and goods are expected to reach customers in 2-3 working days, delivery times for customers in remote areas may be longer.
Next Day Delivery is available for all orders placed before 4.00pm and will be delivered on the next working day, this service is not available to remote areas and on palletised items.
Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day in future on which they require their goods to be delivered, this service is not available to remote areas and on palletised items.
2 Person Delivery - Palletised Items
For all large orders that require palletised delivery a 2 Person team will deliver the item to ensure that the exchange of goods requires little or no lifting or handling by the customer. Please note that the courier will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

In the event that you reside in an area that is considered to be a 'remote area' by our couriers you may incur additional delivery charges, please see below for a list of remote areas.
