Pallet Delivery

For larger items or higher monetary orders a pallet delivery service is required. The standard pallet service timescale is an estimated 2-5 days, or can be requested as next day in mainland UK only. When your order is processed a member of our customer service team or our dedicated pallet courier will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Please contact us for details about pallet delivery in remote areas.

International Orders

If you are located outside of the United Kingdom and are interested in our products please email info@victorianplumbing.co.uk to receive a quote on the shipping cost to your country. We can't guarantee to be able to ship all items advertised on the site. Please note we are not responsible for any postage cost if the item is found to be faulty or damaged.

General Postage Information

  • Next Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and all terms and conditions agreed to no later than 2pm, items will be delivered the next working day.
  • Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day on which they require their goods to be delivered; this service is not available to remote areas and on palletised items.
  • Once a date has been agreed for delivery, you must ensure someone is available to accept delivery on that date, if delivery is attempted on agreed date and missed, a re-delivery fee may apply.
  • Standard Pallets will be delivered to the delivery address; couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.
  • The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirmingyour order based on your postcode and size of order.
