The items are of fantastic quality and we are more than happy with them. When the items were delivered the toilet pan was broken but Victorian Plumbing did everything they could to replace the item as quickly as possible. Or original order was received on a Friday and after emailing about the broken item an replacement was sent and received the following Wednesday. Cannot fault the service and products from start to finish
