Heated Towel Rails and Radiators

Bit of a nightmare getting through on the phones but once I was through the lady explained how they have been busier than expected and took my order very promptly and answered all questions. Very professional company I relieved my radiator very quickly and it has been great. Would use again.

Great selection of heaters all various styles and prices. Went for a cheaper one as only for a small en-suite but the warmth that comes out of it is brilliant. Customer services were very helpful in arranging a day specific deliver as I work shifts it?s hard to be in for normal deliveries at times. Arrived when it should have and in a very secure packed box.

I wanted a traditional looking towel rail but obe that would give off plenty of heat. Living in Scotland it does get very cold in the winter months, the style I went for has a radiator in the centre and a warm rail for towels around it- perfect for us. Liked all the information details you give about the products. As usual there was an extra charge for delivering to a remote area but I understand this is the courier not yourself so not a bad point against VP. Thanks for making my bathroom warm this winter it works brilliantly and look forward to warmer winters now.
