Excellent delivery service and products arrived very well packaged and protected. The only area for improvement is that the supplied flexible pan connector is not suitable for this toilet - it is physically too big to fit between the toilet and the wall through which the soil pipe protrudes when bent through 45 degrees.Easy and more professional solution is to buy a McAlpine rigid 45 degree connector for less than a tenner.

Best price I could find on the web for this item. Fits perfectly into the corner of the bathroom and looks good. Only downside is the shape of the cistern prevents RAK from using dual flush mechanism.

This toilet is perfect for me as i have limited space in my cloakroom, It is a very good desin and easy to install. Price was spot on too!
