We ordered the basin and pedestal to replace one which was damaged. We chose this type because it suited our bathroom and the position it was replacing. We arranged for it to come to suit the conveniance of the plumber. It arrived on time and the service of the delivrer was excellent. The plumber was very impressed and took a note of the firm for future use. We are very happy with both the service and the product
