I purchased the toilet seat on a Wednesday and by Thursday I had got it.very quick service. But I'm afraid the lid stays up but the seat just falls down. So I'm a little disappointed with it.The seat is comfortable though.

bought cheaper toilet seat before this one it lasted few months only, could tell tell difference in quality as soon as it was opened it looks quality on the toilet and is really comfortble to sit on we are really pleased with this product.

First one leaked gell out of the hinge after about one month so a replacement was sent. This did the same thing out of the right hand hinge on both occasions. We are now on our third and up to now it is ok but it is making the same noises the others did before they leaked

The overall quality of the seat is excellent - the white plastic and chrome hinges feel solid and seem robust, and the soft close feature works perfectly. The seat came with two fitting systems, either would have worked so I have a spare set in case of breakage (not looking likely at the moment). I bought two of these, one for the downstairs toilet, one for the bathroom, and both look good. I spent a long time looking for the 'right toilet seat' so am happy with my choice, and at discounted price feel this was excellent value for money.

I bought a soft close seat 18 months ago which is brilliant, well built, fits well and works neatly. As the 2nd toilet in the house needed a new seat I thought I would shop around and get one. I chose this one based on same price as last one but has the ability to fit from the top! Anyway it arrived and the bottom line is that the fittings for top fitting would not fit into the holes in my standard toilet pan :(. Thanks fully normal fittings were also supplied so I had to use them - ridiculously small nut to put under the pan to tighten up - comes with a tool to fit the minuscule nut but what a faff! Fitted seat to the standard toilet - doesn't cover the whole area :(... soft close it does, well the seat part does but the top cover chases it down as it does not seem to have much of a soft close about that part - if done on its own then it doesn't crash down but certainly comes down with a small thump.Should have gone for the same one I bought before :(.

Very good value and looks wise good slimline style. Not sure of the robustness - time will tell.
