I had to ring as the website offered two sizes and I wasn't sure which one I needed. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and gave me the information quickly.The hose was perfect, more or less the same as the one I had to replace which I got years ago from M & S - they don't do them anymore so I was thrilled to find this website.

Very pleased with purchase of a replacement hose for a hand held shower which is about 25 years old. Most units are now silver and there is very limited choice and availability in the gold colour. Water flow is much improved. It fits and blends in with existing shower head. More importantly, despite living in a hard water area, it still looks good several months later. Very happy as saved me having to replace the unit.
